How Much Exercise We Need ?

We know exercise is good for health, but it is clear how much exercise we need to fit our health and body. Many health websites publish, at least 30 minutes a day in a week. Some people say that no need per day exercise, 5 days a week is enough. On the other hand, experts say that the volume of exercise depends on your age, physical fitness and overall to achieve your goal.

Mainly there are 2 types of exercise such as moderate and vigorous. Experts say that all healthy adults aged 18-60 can do 150 minutes exercise either moderate or vigorous, such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics, dancing, cycling and swimming each week. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommended that overweight and obese adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week to improve their health. On the other hand, for children the standard time is simply 60 minutes of physical activity especially aerobic per day.
