What is Insomina ?
Insomnia is a sleeping disorder which is illustrated by one’s failing asleep or staying asleep through the night. In general, there are two types of insomnia primary (short-term) and secondary (chronic). Primary insomnia is a common short-term problem that occurred anytime due to uncomfortable sleeping environment, family problem, work stress and emotional upset. It is not related with any serious medical and psychiatric problem. On the other hand, secondary or chronic insomnia is a long-term sleep problem that is related with health condition such as asthma, depression, cancer, heartburn and arthritis also some types of drugs abuse.
